Is an appointment needed to pick up my official receipt/s?
Official receipts may be picked up at our office without having to set an appointment.
Issuance of receipts are from 8:30~11:00 a.m. and 1:30~4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Your representative must present proof of payment along with a photocopy of their ID.
When will my container deposit be refunded?
We refund container deposits within thirty days of receiving a request with complete requirements. We encourage our customers to register for a Container Ledger Account Phils., Inc. (CLA) subscription to receive refunds as fast as three days upon carrier approval. Please visit the CLA website for more details.
